For one Sunday only, Central 中環 is opening its doors for Father's Day, welcoming every Dad with a complimentary Fish Lane Lager on arrival.

Every Saturday, Central 中環 transforms into Dim Sum Club, a long lunch celebration of traditional Cantonese flavours, playful energy and bottomless beverage.

Feast on a banquet of steaming dumplings, Central favourites and Dim Sum Club exclusives, all designed for sharing. Then stay for the 2pm Disco Ball Drop as lunch rolls effortlessly into your Saturday night.
